We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Please note: Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or product-specific policies. Such items will be clearly marked as āNon-returnableā on the product page.
šø Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
š Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
š Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
ā Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy.
